Our Commitment to You

We believe in the virtue of family and strive to care for our patients as we would our own family members.

We aim to make exceptional service and evidence-based care accessible and equitable to everyone in upcountry.

We are passionate about what we do because we've seen physical therapy change people's lives for the better.

We are here to help you recover, get back on your feet, move forward, and live your best life, pain free.

Dr. Abel Corona, PT, DPT

Abel's passion for physical therapy has grown tremendously during his career and a major influence has been the positive impact therapy has on people’s lives. It was his mom, a speech language pathologist, who introduced him to the occupation of physical therapy. She taught him the value of serving others every day and how it is possible to accomplish this with a rewarding career.

Abel earned his Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas Tech University in 2013 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from South College in 2019. He went on to complete the Regis University Residency in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2020.

Abel continues to pursue further educational opportunities to increase his skills as a physical therapist and will obtain an orthopedic board certification in the spring of 2021. He wants to continue to help people get back to the things they love using a team approach that emphasizes setting achievable and meaningful goals, utilizing therapeutic exercise, and open communication.

Abel moved to Maui in 2021 and is excited to golf, enjoy the ocean, and explore upcountry and all that Maui has to offer.

Dr. Jordan Butay, PT, DPT, COMT

Jordan was born and raised on Oahu. He received his bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Health Science at the University of Hawaii at Manoa where he met his wife. After discovering a passion for healing through movement, Jordan went on to get his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at University of St. Augustine in Austin, Texas. After practicing as an outpatient therapist in Arizona for a little over 3 years, an opportunity presented itself to him to move closer to home and start a new family.

Through his clinical experience, Jordan is inspired to treat the whole person, not just the injury. He has a particular emphasis for return to sport athletes, pre and post surgical rehabilitation, and the goal to help each individual to return to their prior level of function and the things they love. He has taken several advanced orthopedic and manual therapy courses. He completed his COMT (Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist) certification with OPTIM Physical Therapy that allows him to treat a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

Jordan is an adventure seeker with passions for athletics, living a happily balanced active and healthy lifestyle, and enjoying the beauty of Hawaii. Jordan paddled when he went to high school in Hawaii which explains his love for the ocean and he also enjoys playing basketball. He recently developed an interest in making short travel videos. Outside of work, Jordan likes to go to the beach, hike, hang out with his two dogs (aussie and dachshund), watch sports, and spend time with his wife.
